Christmas cookies
They say that red wine and biscuits - it's a great combination. And if we try to add wine in cookies?... For the contest "new year tastes of the planet."

Ingredients

  • Flour

    375 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Semi-sweet red wine

    250 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    120 ml

Cooking

Mix the flour, baking powder and sugar.

Then add the wine and butter.

Knead the dough first with a fork and then hands. The dough turns a beautiful pink color.

Formed from the dough small balls, and then pellet.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes until Golden brown. When the cookie cools, it becomes crunchy. As it turns out cookies are not cloyingly sweet, I decided to decorate it with caramel and almonds. Be creative and YOU!
