Tartlets
Since I have a sweet tooth, decided to start with sweet. Dessert baskets filled with caramelized tangerines in them. For the competition "Queen of the cocktail."

Ingredients

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Margarine

    50 g

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Mandarin

    2 piece

Mix the flour with vanilla and grind into crumbs with margarine.

Divide egg whites and yolks. In this case, it's super-easy – egg-the boiled! Protein burst, we do not need, and wipe the yolk through a sieve, or grate on a fine grater. From boiled egg yolk shortbread dough will be more crumbly and fragile.

Oil-flour crumb divide into two equal parts. In one part add cocoa, stir. Into each Cup pour 0.5 tbsp sugar (the chocolate I poured cuuute more – because of the cocoa). In each Cup add half of the grated egg yolk, and mix, pour in 1ch.l. vinegar.

Knead the two dough: vanilla and chocolate. Molds lightly greased with vegetable oil, alternating strips, put the dough. Cover with a paper in it and pour green beans. Preheat the oven to 200C. Sent the molds for 15-20 mins Then remove the paper and beans for another ten minutes in the oven.

The tangerines in them clean from white film – then bitter. I even took a chance and cleared a bit of lemon. Dry with a paper towel slices – not the caramel will capriciously sliding.

Then quickly placed the slices on a fork, dip into liquid caramel and immediately into the tartlet. Do everything quickly so the sugar doesn't periapse in a bitter Lollipop.

I decorated fat yogurt, chocolate figurines and crushed candy. Sand loose basket stuffed with juicy fresh Mandarin in a thin crunchy caramel crust with a light lemon note – the real Queen of the buffet! Bon appetit, ladies and gentlemen!
