Cheese roll with forelka and Basil
Simple to prepare. Elegant and delicious roll. Original cold appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Trout

    200 g

  • Basil

Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the Basil. Mix well. Put in a water bath. Wait until the cheese melts and become smooth.

Roll out the pastry shop the film and put it on the melted cheese. Cover with sheet film and roll out with a rolling pin into a thin layer.

Twist roll and put in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Ready!
