Christmas holiday table — this is the final stage of all efforts and preparations. So my final touch to the preparation of Christmas menu. Today I propose a recipe for snack bars cakes chicken liver with a surprise inside. The recipe is my complete improvisation. Come visit and help yourself. Cakes made from chicken liver. The liver thoroughly wash, clean from all the extra film and soaked in milk for 20 minutes — 30. Clean the onion. In a frying pan heat the oil with the cream.

Fry onions in butter until Golden brown, adding juniper berries. When onion is ready, take out the berries and throw away. To the onions put the liver and fry for three minutes on each side. Pour a spoonful of brandy and fry the liver over high heat until evaporated alcohol.

Add the cream, stir, add salt, pepper to taste, cover with a lid and simmer the liver on low heat until tender. Cool.

In parallel, I stewed chicken fillet with onions and carrots in one pan. And the other mushrooms, cut into cubes, with onions. Salt and pepper everything to your liking. Ready fillet cut into cubes and mix with the mushrooms, adding a handful of chopped walnuts. 1/2 tsp. gelatin pour a small amount of water, allow to swell 5 minutes — 10. Then heat in a water bath until dissolved gelatin (do not boil). Take 2 tablespoons of sour cream and mayonnaise, mix, sprinkle with salt and pepper. To the resulting mass add the cooled gelatin, stir. Creamy gelatin mixture, add to the meat with mushrooms and again mix everything.
