These pancakes really helping me out when you do not want to bother with the cheesecakes: to knead, to mold, roll and fry... And the cheesecakes, however, I love. Such is the compromise of the consumption of cheese, the pancakes turn out very light, airy, eaten all at once! And they are useful!

Fry pancakes in vegetable oil on both sides.
