Cottage cheese-Apple pancakes
These pancakes really helping me out when you do not want to bother with the cheesecakes: to knead, to mold, roll and fry... And the cheesecakes, however, I love. Such is the compromise of the consumption of cheese, the pancakes turn out very light, airy, eaten all at once! And they are useful!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    170 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

Cooking

Apple cleanse and RUB on a grater, to Apple quickly so as not darkened, add the cheese, egg, sugar, salt. Stir.

Add flour and soda, knead the dough.

Fry pancakes in vegetable oil on both sides.
