Hanukkah is one of the largest Jewish holidays, which is celebrated for eight days (usually they fall at the end of November - beginning of December). In the days of the festival since ancient times, arranged a hearty meal with dishes prepared in vegetable oil. Hanukalnye traditional dishes are potato pancakes "latkes" yeast doughnuts "sufganiyot". There are many recipes for Chanukah donuts. They can be with jam, berries, jam, and even with vanilla filling, caramel-peanut glaze! To prepare the dough. To do this in a bowl, mix the flour, yeast and 4 tbsp sugar, pour in the milk, beat the egg and add a pinch of salt. Knead a soft elastic dough. Cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour. You can prepare the dough in the Bread maker. To do this, to put all of the ingredients (according to the instructions for your stove) and select the program "dough". Cooking time is about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Roll the dough out to a thickness of approximately 1.5 cm and using a glass to cut out circles. I got 26 pieces with a diameter of 5 cm.
Put donuts on a tray or Board, cover with a towel and leave to rise for another 20 minutes.
For the filling, in a mixer whip the cream and a half packet of pudding.
Honey and peanut butter heated in the microwave (or on stovetop), add 2 tbsp whipped cream, mix well.
Whipped cream, combine with honey and butter and put in the fridge.
In a big frying pan pour oil and fry the donuts on both sides until Golden brown.
Using a pastry syringe to fill each donut filling.
Peanuts clean, clean from the husk and finely chop.
In a skillet melt 1 Cup sugar until a homogeneous consistency. Add peanut. Pour each doughnut with caramel-peanut glaze.
To eating donuts you can start immediately :)
