If you can make a cake without oil, without flour, of course, we can not do. And if so, will try to benefit from it (you know, on the principle of calorie decrease I will not be able, but will increase the utility): replace wheat flour (white) flour, wholemeal (whole wheat), calories are almost the same, but from the point of view of usefulness of white whole wheat loses outright. Somehow seeing this flour in the store, I immediately grabbed 3 packs, and not in vain – it has long been seen (see – take 5). If you don't have whole wheat flour nor in the kitchen nor in the store, just add in the white flour a little bit (a tablespoon will be enough) of wheat bran. Oh yeah, glass - 200 ml.

The first thing prunes wash, cut into small pieces, pour the wine and leave for 30 minutes. I used white semi-dry wine, and in principle, can be any. If prunes dry, the wine should be warm, if very dry, then pre-soak it (the plums) in water.

In a bowl mix lightly beaten egg (if you diet really hard, you can use only protein), yogurt (or unsweetened yogurt), sugar (amount of sugar should be adjusted depending on sweetness of wine: dry I – I had a tablespoon, dry need one and a half), pour the wine from under plum. Then add the cinnamon and sifted with the baking powder and flour, knead the dough thoroughly.

The dough I usually taste the sweetness, if necessary, pour the sugar, but be careful, it's "easy" cupcakes, they should not be sweet, and the cinnamon will do the trick. The dough entered the prunes and gently stir.

Preheat the oven to 200-220 degrees, put the dough in molds (I've finally got myself a little silicone, and before that used a loaf pan). Molds can be filled with dough almost to the top, since the dough rises very nicely. Bake until dry matches, in my oven it took about 20 minutes. Available number test get 10 brownies 40 g, calories each – about 80 kcal.
