Description
An unusual combination of simple vegetables gives it a surprising lightness to this hearty food. Will be pleasantly surprised with a fresh note Union pumpkin with zucchini and apples. Honestly, the taste of ordinary roast potatoes and meat at home has become boring. I wanted to do something new, but available inexpensive products. Here and there was a recipe of my own.

Cooking
To start, prepare the necessary products. At the market I met here such a small gourd, which served as the emergence of this recipe.
Since the process of cleaning the pumpkin more time-consuming compared with other products, I first clean the pumpkin from the skin and seeds, cut into it pretty big.
Now you can move on to preparing the meat. Today I have here a piece of the blade.
Cut the meat into medium pieces.
2 zubochka of garlic (the remaining 3 zubochka will go to the cooking sauce) cut finely enough. To garlic, add salt and ground black pepper.
In this mixture collapses well all the pieces of pork.
Include multiverse mode "Frying" (in this mode, the lid must not be closed down) for 30 minutes and add a little vegetable oil. In a few minutes you can put the meat already. Fry it for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then to the meat add the sliced pumpkin, stir, continuing to fry for another 10 minutes.
While pumpkin deals with meat, I cut the zucchini too large.
Zucchini also adds to the meat and the pumpkin, mix again and leave for 5 minutes.
At this time I clean the apples from the skin and slice them more finely.
The Apple slices are sent to all other products in the multicooker, mix and leave for another couple minutes.
It's time to make the easiest garlic-sour cream sauce. For this, I finely was milled a bunch of dill, 3 zubochka garlic and mix with sour cream.
While I was preparing the sauce, the mode "Roasting" was already off. Seasoned fried products sauce, all gently mixing. At this stage, be sure to give it a whirl and, if necessary, add salt to taste.
Now I turn mode "Quenching" for 10 minutes, after which I add a little lemon juice.
