Raw cheese-stuffed pepper – a bright spectacle on the table and very tasty. Rather, this dish is not for daily use, and how original and beautiful appetizer for new year's festive table. Cook pepper stuffed with cheese for many years and invariably these colorful rings cause delight guests.

Cooking
Pepper buy the biggest and most colorful. One is red. The other orange. My raw peppers, cut the top out.
For the filling I take a solid brand cheese "Bolster young" from Belebeevsky dairy plant. A rich fruity taste and a spicy aftertaste gives the cheese a unique sophistication. This cheese has a rich, tart flavour and spicy aroma. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Boil eggs in cool, clean. Finely chop two eggs. The green mode is very small. Grated cheese mixed with chopped eggs, greens, rice and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Now pepper stuff. Stuffing spread across the walls. Put in the pepper, whole boiled egg and the remaining voids filled with stuffing. Raw stuffed peppers put on 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Take out the peppers from the fridge and a very sharp knife to slice the cooled peppers in thin rings.
Decorate according to the taste and desires. For decoration I took the cheese "Bolster young" Belebeevsky dairy plant, the meats. Logging for cookie cut out Christmas decorations.
