I want to offer you a very interesting African (Cameroonian version) dish. "Coca" (accent on last syllable) is something like a snack cake, without them can not do any holiday table. For coke's use only beans of a particular variety - a little white with the "black eye". In Cameroon, for this recipe sell crushed beans, but it does not play a big role. Soak the beans in plenty of water for half an hour.
Grind the beans between your hands in the water. With the beans will go transparent skin and the "black eye", from which you want to get rid of, drain the water.
