By natural selection in the past 9 years in our family it took first place and the rating loses. I bake often, but when put in the oven carrot cookies, just ten minutes across the apartment spreads indescribable flavor. And the kids have in the kitchen.

Cooking
Melt the margarine.
Add sugar. Mix well.
Add the eggs, salt, soda. Mix well.
Add the carrots, grated on a fine grater. Mix
Add the flour. Knead the dough. The dough should not stick to your hands. Depending on the flour is 3.5 to 4.5 cups of flour. After three glasses, add the flour gradually. As soon as I is enough. And then the cookies will be dry. Leave the dough for half an hour at room temperature.
Spread with a spoon on a baking sheet. To bake at medium temperature for 20 minutes.
And enjoy soft, fragrant, delicious biscuits.
