Pour half the milk,pre-heat it to lukewarm,stir in half portion of sugar, stir, dissolve the yeast, cover with a tea towel and leave on for 15 min. Ready when lush foam is formed.

In the second half of milk,dissolve the remaining sugar, add the egg and stir well, sprinkle a portion of flour, salt, pour vegetable oil and yeast water. Gradually fill up the flour and knead the dough. Since the dough is sticky, hands lubricate Rast.oil.
