Tartlets
Tartlets with slices of bananas and grapes, filled with chocolate and vanilla marshmallows. For the competition "Queen of the cocktail."

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    2.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vanilla

    2 pack

  • Gelatin

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    200 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Citric acid

    0.5 tsp

  • Grapes

    18 piece

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Chocolate milk

Mix butter, flour, egg, 1 packet vanilla, 1 tbsp sour cream, 2 tbsp sugar and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough, divide it into 6 equal pieces and place in the cold.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the dough in the molds and to shape the tarts, put in the oven.

In the finished, cooled tartlets we put sliced bananas.

Put on top of the grapes.

Pour 50 g of melted chocolate.

Do marshmallows. Before cooking the tartlets need to soak gelatin in cold boiled water for 40 minutes. Do marshmallows need to have before putting it in tarts, because it dries fast. Now cook the syrup 100 g of water and 2 stack. sugar 5 minutes.

Stream pour the syrup into soaked gelatin and whisk for 7-10 minutes, add pineapple, stir for 3 minutes, then put the vanilla and soda and beat again for 3 minutes.
