A bit unusual, but delicious cake!
Ingredients

180 g

Chicken egg

Sugar
200 g

Beets
100 g

Butter
75 g

Leavening agent
2 tsp

Cocoa powder
2 Tbsp
Cooking
Beat well with a mixer the eggs with the sugar.
Add melted, cooled SL.butter and grated on a fine grater beets. Mix well.
Then add the baking powder and cocoa
the flour and mix well until smooth.
The dough was as sour cream.
Pour the batter into a greased form. Bake on medium heat until tender. To check the readiness of wooden stick.
