Lemon cookies
Again I come to you with cookies! This time, for lovers of lemon taste. Recipe taken there, from French cookbooks, where truffles. Very tender, with lemon acidity.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    160 g

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Flour

    260 g

  • Lemon peel

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    20 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

I APOLOGIZE FOR THE TERRIBLE FIRST PHOTO!!!... Beat butter with sugar and grated lemon zest.

Add lemon juice, mix well.

Flour mixed with starch and salt. Add to liquid mixture. Mix well. Knead the dough.

Divide the dough in two and roll into two sausages with a diameter of approximately 4-5 see Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour (or overnight, like I did).

Sausage cut into disks with a thickness of about 0.5-0.7 mm. Put on a baking tray lined with parchment, at a distance of 2-3 cm from each other (cookies are practically not increased, since there are no eggs in the dough). Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes at a temperature of 175°C.
