Description
The recipe for this salad I got from my mom. The salad was very hearty and satisfying. After all, cabbage, carrots and Apple contain a lot of vitamins.

Cooking
Wash and grate the carrots.
Shred the cabbage. Mash it with your hands or a little knock with a pestle, that cabbage gave juice and become softer. If fresh, then you should not crumple.
Peel and julienne the Apple.
Soak raisins and give 10 minutes to stand up, to become softer.
Slice the radishes and mix everything in a salad bowl.
Add the raisins and mayonnaise. Mix well.
From the peel of the Apple to make a rose and decorate the salad.
