Belgian waffles
Lush, soft, with vanilla aroma. In Brussels are sold at every step, piping - hot, you can smell it, where they are baked.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Salt

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Margarine

    125 g

  • Water, carbonated

    125 ml

  • Leavening agent

    0.25 tsp

Separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins beat well. Butter, sugar, vanilla, yolks and salt whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Mix the flour and baking powder. Pour in the flour milk and add the oil-sugar mass. Then add the mineral water and beaten egg whites. Mix well

And bake the waffles until Golden brown (I have 5-6 temperature regime).

From this portion turns 11-12 plump waffles. When serving you can sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
