Description

Cooking

step-0
1. Meat can take a steak or a piece (but then extinguishing will increase slightly). Pork lightly fry in a pan with two sides. Add chopped onion and fry all together for about 5 minutes.
step-1
2. Mix all ingredients for sauce, add Teriyaki.
step-2
3. Pork pour the sauce, add about 150 ml of water and simmer for about 2 hours on slow fire under a cover. You can simmer in the oven at a temperature not above 150 degrees, it is possible in a slow cooker. When ready to remove the meat and separate them with your hands or with a fork on the fiber. Add the remaining sauce from the roasting so that the stuffing was moist and juicy.
step-3
4. Alternatively, you can prepare a stuffing from a mixture of braised pork and a little fried diced ham.
step-4
5. The beauty of burgers is that they can put everything to your liking. One option I took the fresh tomatoes, the other for baked. Tomatoes cut into slices, put on the laid parchment baking sheet, drizzle with oil and Teriyaki. Bake in a preheated 150 degree oven to desired state (I baked it for about 40 minutes). The tomatoes should be juicy, but less humid, with a rich taste.
step-5
5. Scones cut in half and slightly browned under the grill. Sour cream mixed with mustard and coat the bottom halves of the rolls. Then it all depends on tastes and preferences. I put lettuce leaf, then the filling, top with grilled tomatoes, the second Burger - lettuce, fresh tomato and celery leaves.
