Description
This is my 100-th anniversary recipe! I ask all to the table! This dish is essentially all known appetizer in Italian cuisine. There are of course differences. First, we served it in a warm kebab. Second, add the cucumber, which gives the dish a freshness. And third, pour soy-balsamic sauce that sets the tone for the dish. Try it and You will not regret it!

Cooking
Baton not cut into very large chunks and a little dry on a dry pan or in the oven. Most importantly, do not overdry! Otherwise, it cannot be inserted on the skewers.
Slice the tomato and cucumber medium cubes. It is important that the vegetables were ripe, good quality.
Cubes slice the mozzarella.
Skewered mozzarella, vegetables and bread on skewers. If You're lucky, and You have fresh Basil, the leaves rinse and is also strung.
If You have dried Basil, you will add it to the sauce. Mix soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar and 1 tsp. Basil, mix well.
Put the sauce on the heat and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook until until the sauce is reduced in volume in 2 times. It took me 5 minutes.
Threaded the skewers and drizzle with olive oil and place on a grill rack (already warmed up) for 1-2 minutes (not more!), otherwise, the cheese will flow. For these purposes I used the convection oven (180 degrees, 2 minutes). From top to pour the sauce.
