Egg salad-appetizer
This salad of Jewish cuisine. One day my husband decided to cook something myself, and reading different recipes to prepare this salad.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Mustard

  • Green onions

Cooking

Boil eggs and finely chop.

Onions finely chop.

Fry in vegetable oil until dark Golden brown.

All mix, season with mayonnaise and mustard. You can add some green onions.

Usually this salad I spread on bread. But this time I roasted the eggplant and put them on the salad. It was very tasty!
