Cooking
I suggest you first make the cream, because it then needs time to cool off. Beat in a saucepan the eggs with two kinds of sugar.
Add the flour and mix thoroughly. Add the milk and whisk.
Put on low heat and while stirring bring to a boil, do not boil. Leave to cool.
Prepare the dough. In a saucepan mix all the ingredients for the dough except the cocoa and flour. Put on a small fire, cook until the mixture has doubled in volume. It took me about 7 minutes.
Remove from the heat. Sift in a lot of cocoa powder. Mix well.
Add the flour and knead the dough. Give it to cool slightly, 10-15 minutes.
Every part of velvety in the seam 20cm*25cm.
Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven. The first cake bake for 5 minutes, rest for 3-4 minutes. Allow the cakes to cool.
The cooled cream and whisk. Add the softened at room temperature butter and beat again.
Each cake to grease with a cream. From all around to distribute the cream so that was enough to plaster all the layers, but do not regret it;) don't forget to leave some cream for decorating the top layer. Put the first cake to soak at room temperature for 3 hours, and then 6-10 hours in the refrigerator. In short, the longer the cakes to soak, the better will be cake.
