Salad
I tried this wonderful, spicy salad: consists of only 2 products not including gas. Flew off the plates it instantly. And enjoyed success both in men and women. I asked the hostess this recipe, she refused. The name she had so leave.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Onion

    6 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar essence

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    20 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Allspice

Cooking

Onion cut into thin half-rings.

Dilute acetic essence (70%) in water and pour our bow 50-60 min. Then drain in a colander and drain off liquid.

The beef boil until tender in salted (well) water with the addition of Bay leaf and pepper peas (preferably different: dark, fragrant, white, red). Cool right in the broth, then pull out of the broth and to make out the fibers (can be cut into wedges), but disassembled into fiber salad turns out much softer.

In a Cup folded pickled onions and boiled meat.

In a pan heat vegetable oil, add tomato paste, black pepper and red, fry a couple of minutes. Add the garlic, passed through the press and fry another couple of minutes.

Pour contents of the pan (hot!!!) in a bowl of meat and onions and mix well. Put into the refrigerator for 1.5-3 hours.
