Cooking

step-0
First fruits cut into small pieces and soak in white wine for an hour or two. You can use another alcohol or not use it at all, if the cake will eat small children, and to soak in water or juice.
step-1
Let us cook biscuits. We need 2 layers. I have one coffee and the other walnut. The recipes are similar. For each whisk one egg with a little sugar, add half a Cup of sour cream, half a teaspoon of hydrated soda. One add ground peanuts (not really a powder, to come across pieces, if you like), and another with freshly ground coffee. Then a Cup of flour. Pour the batter into the pan, greased and covered with parchment, and bake in preheated oven until tender, about 10 minutes (depending on oven).
step-2
Coffee cooled Korzh cut into 2 parts and put half on the bottom of a split form. Impregnated orange juice.
step-3
Walnut cake cut into small cubes. Soak gelatin in cold water (according to instructions, but water can take less)
step-4
Whisk sour cream with sugar, vanilla and orange zest. To the cream add the gelatin solution.
step-5
Mix the cubes of sponge cake with soaked dried fruits.
step-6
Lower coffee cake grease cream.
step-7
Then spread the nut mixture of biscuit and dried fruit, alternating with the cream.
step-8
Put the second half of the coffee cake.
step-9
Spread with cream and refrigerate overnight.
step-10
The next day, decorate with fruit to your taste and pour jelly. Put into the fridge for a few hours.
step-11
Remove the form and serve. Bon appetit and happy New year!!!
