Skuchaem multivarku mode"Roasting". In a bowl pour vegetable oil, put chopped not very finely onion and grated on a coarse grater carrots. Add salt, sugar. Fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add pressed garlic, pepper (you can add Your favorite spices), place portions of the chicken, fry on all sides (until light Golden brown).
Fill with boiling water (just to cover the meat).
Skuchaem mode "Stewing". Waiting for the end of the regime.
For 15-20 minutes before the end mode, you can see if Your chicken is already done (it depends on the lump size, age and quality of birds).
