Cake recipe without baking with delicate curd cream - very simple and quick to prepare.

Cooking
1. Prepare the cheese cream: the softened butter vzbit with sugar. In a separate bowl, combine the cheese and sour cream, beat with a blender into a homogeneous mass. Next, combine the cottage cheese with the oil, all carefully to mix.
2. Form the cake: the form vystelit parchment (or cling film). Lay out a layer of biscuits (optional cookies can be dipped in milk), grease with a cream, evenly distributing. Then again a layer of biscuits on top of cream and so fill the entire form. A little cream and cookies to leave for decoration. The last layer is cookies, leave it without cream.
3. Cake cover with cling film and put into the cold for at least 2 hours.
4. Cake spread on a dish, coat top and sides with remaining frosting and decorate with crumbs of biscuit. The cake is ready! Bon appetit!
