Hot sandwich cake
Sandwiches are loved by all. And if it is not clear how to treat guests so that just liked or no effort and/or time of invention and the purchase of products, the sandwich is the perfect solution! But so I want to treat guests nicely... well, I propose to apply to the table hot cake sandwich. Always delicious and impressive! And we will prepare a very simple home-made salted cucumbers. Go)

For this sandwich I made homemade salted cucumbers. Used only honey and soy sauce. Cucumbers cut into thin slices, pour 2 tbsp of soy sauce and boiling water, add the honey, stir (you can add a few sprigs of herbs to taste, I added a bit of thyme and dill) and put into the fridge for a day.

Now, just before cooking the sandwich cake we need to cook the mushroom layer. For the mushrooms and the leek cut into thin slices/rings and evaporate in the pan with the thyme and 1 tbsp soy sauce Kikkoman Sukiyaki. In principle, this can also be done in advance.

Prepare the bread. We need to trim the upper and lower crust over the cut loaf into 3 parts, the middle part to fry on the grill from two sides, the top and bottom one. I used the electric grill, use a grill pan, or toast the bread on a dry pan. Then roasted side a little grease with butter. Roasting and use of butter allows our cakes to not fall apart in the cake.

Collect the cake: on the bottom part of the bread, stack the mushrooms (here I made a blunder, it is better to put the mushrooms under a layer of salad), then lettuce, cheese, intermediate bread (which is fried on both sides).
