Corn in the summer is a frequent guest on our table. This recipe diversifies the idea of the corn.

Ingredients

  • Corn

    2 piece

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Butter

The corn clean.

Put the corn in boiling salted water. Cook for 40 min. The lid not tightly closed.

Pour in the milk and cook for another 30 min.

Gently pull the cooked corn and allow it to cool down.

Cut the corn into rings with a width of 3-5 cm

Sauté the corn in butter for 4-5 minutes each side. Until Golden brown.

Can be served as a side dish, but can be submitted as a separate dish.
