Cheesecake with salmon and cottage cheese
Cheesecake without baking cooked very simply and quickly, perfect for a picnic, especially if there is no time to cook. It turns out very soft and airy cake with a subtle lemon flavor and pieces of salmon.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    70 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cracker

    170 g

  • Lemon juice

    4 Tbsp

  • Cheese curd

    150 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Dill

Cracker crumble and mix in a blender with butter and lemon juice.

Gelatin to dissolve in cold water before swelling. Cheese curd mix with sour cream sauce. If you want you can add more greens, curd cheese with herbs already, so I didn't put. Add the gelatine.

In the form place a layer of biscuits, then flatten and align.

Put the cottage cheese and gelatin mass. Put into the refrigerator for about two hours.

Before serving, decorate with pieces of salmon and greens. Cut into portions. Help yourself!
