Cooking
And so, we will need a naturally brewed Kikkoman soy sauce, green beans (raw or frozen) and fresh herbs (I dill and parsley).
Beans we blanchere 5 minutes, after that pour cold water.
Flour, beer and soy sauce and knead the dough (for children, you can use mineral water).
And sour cream, soy sauce and spices, knead the sauce. Took me about 2/3 tsp soy sauce 1 tbsp 15%y sour cream. Take any spices to your taste - I'm Italian herbs.
And so, it's simple. Heat the oil (I have olive), coat beans in flour, the dip well in the batter and in hot oil for a few minutes, turning occasionally.
Here's the beans I got. After roasting be sure to put the finished beans on a paper towel to glass the maximum oil. The batter can be made more or less thick. You can fry as in "deep fried" or just fry in a small amount of oil. You can do neat and beautiful))) or like me. To be honest, I rarely deal with fried food, this was not very carefully) But the taste is not affected!
The same do with greens. This is a great way to get someone to eat a bunch of greens. So I made myself))) Usually do not eat it.
Now put the finished snack in the bags from the baking paper and take with you on the nature! And don't forget the sauce)
