Cooking
Flounder (by the way, you can use any other sea fish) to clean, gut and cut into portions. Season with salt and pepper (I sprinkle seasoning for fish) and sprinkle with lemon juice. To postpone.
Shred cabbage into strips. Fold the cabbage in a colander, pour over boiling water and immediately rinse with cold water. Carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater, onion cut into half rings, put in a colander and rinse well with cold water.
Pan or form grease margarine. Put the carrots and levelling. Salt and pepper lightly.
Then add the cabbage. Again prisolit and pepper.
From top to distribute the onions.
The fish pieces well to grease with mayonnaise. Bake in the oven at 180*C for 35-40 minutes.
The fish turned out just magical. So tender, literally melted in your mouth.
