Pork with plums and sweet peppers
You will not believe it, but the meat was VERY soft, I did not expect:) For the contest "Autumn tango"

Ingredients

  • Pork

  • Pepper

  • Dry red wine

    1 cup

From plums remove the bone and cut in half. Pepper cut in large squares.

Put in a preheated 200 deg. the oven for 1.5 hours. If plum was very sour, as I have, that in the finished dish, you can add 1 tsp of sugar. It was very tasty and soft. Plums fall apart and become sauce.:) Bon appetit!
