Cooking
From plums remove the bone and cut in half. Pepper cut in large squares.
Meat cut into small pieces, dip them in flour and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Put in the pot a little drain, then pepper, meat, again plum and pepper. Salt. Diluted wine and 1 Cup water. And fill the pots so that the liquid barely appeared, if you pour a lot, while cooking will all be splash.
Put in a preheated 200 deg. the oven for 1.5 hours. If plum was very sour, as I have, that in the finished dish, you can add 1 tsp of sugar. It was very tasty and soft. Plums fall apart and become sauce.:) Bon appetit!
