This cake, I'm sure many people know. Most probably, this simple cake recipe "Log". Puff pastry, butter and condensed milk... Those who count calories, it is better not to watch! I cook this cake usually for Christmas (one of my five favorite Christmas sweets). In cream I always add coffee is very tasty! This cake can be prepared in advance and frozen. After defrosting, as for me, the cake is even tastier! Help yourself!

Cooking
Puff pastry rolled out and cut into strips. Spread on parchment paper and put in preheated to 200˚C oven for 10-15 minutes.
Cream. Butter (softened) mix, add the condensed milk and coffee. Again whisk. The cream is ready!
On the table lay plastic wrap in several layers. Spread the cream, then puff a few sticks, the cream again, etc. Rolled up rolls and place in refrigerator no less than 12 hours. Then remove the foil and decorate with puff pastry crumbs. The cake is ready!
