Cooking
In warm water dissolve the yeast (I have the universal "Dr. Oetker"). When they rise strong cap, knead the dough of the products at room temperature. From milk to leak 2 tbsp of marshmallow cream to the rest to heat, dissolve in it the sugar and salt, pour in yeast, add the vanilla flavoring from Dr. 2 ml Dr. Oetker, just one tube.
Add the eggs, flour, butter. Knead the dough until elastic, the dough stops sticking to your fingers. Leave it to ferment for about 1 hour in the heat.
Meanwhile, let's prepare forms for Christmas trees. In earlier recipe I have shown this process again. From twisted parchment cones or bags, pour inside beans of any variety, fixed bottom, a little "tamp" on the table for stability.
The finished dough divided into pieces, podcating them into sausages. Padpilot table, roll sausages in strips, on the one hand to make the cuts "fringe", to cheat on oiled cones, the edges spread with an egg beaten with milk to freeze. I made a Christmas tree with fringe and circles, incised in the form of branches, as in the previous recipe Bun "Tree diner" (link below)
Set on a baking sheet, coat with the egg, send in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 15-20 minutes (depends on the size of your Christmas tree and your equipment) in the last 5 minutes add the blowout, if any. The finished product cooling, print bags, pour the beans out of them, pull out the paper vykruchivatsya movements.
Internal walls to lubricate any jam you have. Two marshmallow slices to chop, add 2 tbsp of milk, heat in microwave 1 minute, stir well until smooth mass ( if necessary, heat a bit), cool. Top marshmallows cut in the shape of hats, the rest cut into large pieces. Tuck them into Christmas trees, add 0.5 tsp. of the warm cream on top to seal the marshmallow cap. Leave to harden cream.
Flip onto a plate (dish), sprinkle with powdered sugar or decorate to your taste.
