Tomato bread with a picture
I suggest you try to prepare this beautiful bread. On another cooking site I won him third place in the tomato contest.

Ingredients

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    25 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Dry milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Sundried tomatoes

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

The dough I was kneading in the bread maker. If you do manually, you must first make the yeast mixture: combine Yeast with sugar, add 3 tbsp of flour from the total quantity and half the water. Under a towel for 20 minutes in a warm place. Then add the vegetable oil, remaining water, salt, spices and flour, mixed and sifted with dry milk. Knead the dough. Again under a towel and in a warm place for 40 minutes to rise twice.

Divide the dough into two parts. In one part I added the tomato paste and sun-dried tomatoes. Knead well until smooth. I trusted this process the bread maker.

First, roll out the white part of the dough into the reservoir.

Roll it up and slice into pieces.

Put in a baking dish ( I form of bread brick), greased with vegetable oil. On the bottom I put one part of the roll vertically, and two horizontally on top.

In a warm place to rise for 25 minutes. I put in heated to 50 degrees and turned off the oven. My dough rose very much.

Therefore, the top of the bread I carefully cut, greased with vegetable oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

From cropped tops turned out to cookie monster. Bake in preheated oven at 180 - 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove the bread from the form, put on its side on a clean towel and wrap it to cool down.
