Mouth-watering pie
Well, sort of recently come to the scullion, and already the 200th recipe! A good figure deserves unusual recipe! So they made up a pie from your favorite products. Plum cakes are always my favorites, chocoholism out of control, and the crunchy topping I do love. The result is a tender delicacy, supercollege, wet melting in the mouth, with juicy pieces of plum silk with a crunchy sugar-nut caramel crust...mmm...just bliss! A Cup of strong coffee with cognac piece of this pie-and life is bright colors! Try it, friends! Come on in, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Condensed milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Biscuit

    0.5 cup

  • Drain

    10 piece

The softened butter vzbit with sugar. Add the eggs one by one continuing to whisk the mixture until smooth.

Reduce speed of mixer and add the condensed milk. Gradually pour the mixture the sifted cocoa, flour and starch.

To repay soda balsamic vinegar and quickly pour in the batter. Mix well. The mixture will be lighter and will resemble chocolate cream.

For the topping grind the chopped nuts with the sugar and the dried crumbs of chocolate biscuit (or cookie).

In prepared pan pour the batter. It is better to cover the bottom of baking paper, because – as it turned out – the cake is too delicate to be freely removed from the mold. To fill the top of the pie remains of the nut mixture and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes. During this time, the cake is well rise. Then reduce heat to 160 degrees and bake for another 5-7 minutes. To check on the readiness of the toothpick in the center should come out slightly moist. It is important not to overdry the cake!

Switch off the oven and leave the door ajar to cool the cake. Ready pie to cool completely, cut into pieces, without removing it from the mold and then gently shift the pieces on the dish.
