The salad is wonderful! Great dressing, perfect for potatoes, wonderful Golden and fragrant crumb, of course, make it a favorite in the list of my potato salads. Recommend!

Cooking
Prepare the dressing: to yogurt, add Dijon mustard, grated garlic, chopped chives, zest and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. I recommend adding the lemon zest and juice gradually, bringing the sauce to the desired taste. Don't be afraid to change the amount of mustard or garlic if you think it necessary.
Potatoes clean and boil in boiling salted water until tender.
The finished potatoes drain in a colander, cool slightly and lightly crushed (I prefer cut, because I have loose potatoes), then place in a bowl with dressing.
In a blender, grind the stale bread with the bacon.
The resulting crumbs fry over medium heat, stirring constantly. Dip is supposed to be crispy and Golden.
If you don't eat bacon, you just prepare the salad, it will be very good in itself.
