Cookies (I like "Maria") grind into fine crumbs. Cashews coarsely chop with a knife (or blender).
In a saucepan, mix the egg and brown sugar.
Add cocoa powder and mix thoroughly. Put on low heat and put the butter. To achieve complete dissolution of sugar and oils, not forgetting to stir continuously. Remove from the heat.
Add the crushed biscuits, walnuts and rum, mix thoroughly. Spread the resulting paste on plastic wrap, giving the shape of "sticks" and a small "bone".
Refrigerate at least 5 hours.
You can buy a ready marzipan mass or to make your own. Purified and calcined almonds grind in a blender, until a fine granular mass. Pour rum and again to punch in a blender. Then add the powdered sugar and carefully stir with a silicone spatula to obtain a smooth mass. Take the seventh of the mass and add the cocoa, mix well. (If the mass is very dense, add a little warm water.) Wrap in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator.
