Description
When I read the conditions for this contest, I immediately began to move the brain. I thought to make the recipe was creative. Thought of different dishes: julienne gratin, Madeleine. Then, why is Alain Delon, and as it turned out minion))). Mignon with FR. — baby, baby, sweetheart. In the cartoon the Minion is yellow cylindrical creatures of small stature, simple-minded, impulsive kids are about the same size and shape. And they just love bananas. Madeleine — French sponge cookies of a small size, just what I need for my Minions. And cookies will help me bake, just the fans here are the most bananas.

Cooking
Photo set of products for banana Madeleine, and we will begin. And you sit on more comfortable, and closer to the screen to watch them)))
First, in comfortable large Cup, they broke the eggs, added the sugar, vanilla sugar. And messed it up.
Sifted flour with baking powder added to the egg mixture and carefully mixed.
Stirring butter melted on low heat (cooled to 50°C)
Added to the test oil, and stirred. Doing all laughing interfering with each other))) the dough put into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (you can leave it there at night)
But their favorite bananas!!! One banana, they are kneaded into a puree, and the second was cut into pieces.
We decided to make cookies in two different variations. The first option is banana puree, which we added to the dough. And the second with whole slices of banana. Took the dough out of the fridge. They were divided into two equal parts. One part was mixed with banana puree, and the second left as is.
Molds for madeleines carefully greased with butter.
Filled molds 1/3 of the banana batter.
In the photo our minion tries to one banana fell past form ))) by the Way, while we were busy with the test I have from the table is missing two bananas )))
Spread half of the dough on the forms at half height. Then on top of the dough put a piece of banana. And on top of the banana spread remaining dough. Bake madeleines for 10-12 minutes until Golden brown at 160C.
Then I got a Madeleine form, and while they are cooling, do the glaze. White chocolate, broke into pieces and melted in a water bath. Added milk, yellow food dye carefully stirring to avoid lumps. Once all the chocolate melt, removed from the heat. Then I dipped each Madeleine 1/3 to the chocolate mixture and spread on a flat surface until fully cured glaze.
We never thought it would be so delicious... banana and chocolate are perfectly combined in these biscuits 100%. My Minions, my kids and I really liked the cookies. I share my recipe with you and hope you like it too.
