Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1.5 cup

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Peanuts

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Milk

    150 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    40 g

Oatmeal fry in a dry frying pan until light brown colour. Remove from heat, mix with honey and oil. To put in a split mold or a container with a parchment. Better yet, use a square for moulding salad.

For filling: 1. In a bowl, melt the chocolate, butter and 50 gr. milk in a water bath. 2. In Turku, mix the sugar, cocoa, 100 g of milk. Bring to boil and boil for 1 min.
