Rice pudding
When I read the recipe of rice pudding, made a face - "Ugh, rice porridge". But cook decided, after I read what rice pudding is a favorite dish of Queen. Curiosity got the upper hand. It turned out, I was drastically wrong! This is the perfect dessert blew us - delicate, airy delicacy, with a slight hint of citrus and cinnamon aroma. Had to cook it again on the second day (not without pleasure, I must admit) - in order to share with you, dear residents of Cook.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    600 ml

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Lemon peel

  • Cinnamon

To the milk add the sugar, the grated rind of one small lemon, to wait until the milk boils and

Add rice and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Preheat the oven to 120 degrees and put a pot of rice for 40 minutes. A couple of times to mix - do not like skim milk.
