The story of the creation of "Illusions". Tired of all, I wanted just regular fried potatoes!!! Cleaned, I decided to fry... but in the fridge is lonely lying on what is the very sinewy piece (on the strength of a hundred grams) of beef remaining after cooking "Stew lazy mistress". And throw - the Toad smothers! Toad - she had the most terrible Animal on the planet! So I had to use it. And the name "Illusion" came to mind after removing samples. It turned out that with this performance and with a minimum of meat, the dish taste ... very cold! ))) PS do Not vote, please. With meat I had to Tinker! I had a very gristly piece, and I with a sharp knife cut the meat with veins. So I made this here steak! *JOKINGLY* Even ashamed to show. I have this stroganinu, when cut, were thrown immediately into a deep pan. That's how it turned out.
Then cut the potatoes into circles or half rings, as you like. And sent it after the meat in the pan. Now the fun part: I carefully mixed my potatoes with the meat so that the meat is uniformly distributed throughout the \'weight\'.
Then I prepared the filling: I mixed 3 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. sauce for the potatoes, 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic, finely chopped greens (I dill and parsley), finely chopped and freed from the film 2 slice of orange, added spices: 1/2 tsp Basil, 1/2 tsp Khmeli-suneli, 1/2 tsp marjoram, 1/2 tsp curry and 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper.
Added 1 Cup of boiled water (can be any meat broth), all carefully stir and salt to taste.
Filled in all the beauty of our potatoes. And in the oven for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes sprinkle with grated cheese and another 5 minutes was sent to the oven.
