I thank irina_vip for the wonderful idea of cooking at home ricotta in the recipe http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/53120/ . Turns out great with minimal cost and effort! Instead of ricotta you can use regular cheese, because it in fact really is - fresh cream cheese.
From the stack of wafer (dearly beloved by me) cakes cut with cookie cutter hearts.
Cut hearts out of cheese, kiwi, meat
Ricotta add salt to taste, and divide into two equal parts. One of the added beet juice, the other - a carrot juice or use just a drop of food coloring. In the yellow one I added literally a pinch of lemon zest - a remarkable note!
The layers are stacked toppings on hearts, interspersing them with layers of cream of ricotta: cheese, pork chops, kiwi. Gently pressed and leveled edges. Layers of ricotta better shape soaked in cold water by hand to avoid smearing.
