Salad
've been wanting to post this recipe. Salad I have 30 years lives in a handwritten book, but do not very often. But there is something I wanted on March 8, and her husband work so he is hearty and delicious. To "Cook" such a salad is not found, so I post the recipe with a clear conscience. Products are simple, hassle low, so prepare, you will not regret.

Here are the necessary products for the salad. The meat was pre-cooked and stripped for the fibers. Beets I was small, I hesitated and added another little. Beets should be dark, then the salad will direct the true "Negro". I unfortunately one that is larger, it was red, well, not scary.

Beets and carrots three on a coarse grater, spread on a pan and fry rather stew, vegetable oil on low heat, stirring occasionally. Vegetables to burn can't!

After a while add chopped onion, stir and simmer some more, then add salt, sugar. Periodically check the taste and willingness, it is better to dial in a spoonful and cool, so you will understand. In fact, the recipe in the book I had written that it is necessary to fry all separately. But I never did, I do not see sense, only the higher oil will go.

At the end of cooking, press out the garlic, stir and simmer for just 1-2 minutes. Turn off the gas and allow to cool. You can immediately shift into a bowl, to quickly cooled. I put the skimmer, we need to wring out the excess oil. Even if you have no meat or cabbage, or do not want to bother with a salad like that all leave is just as vegetable caviar, for example, even putting on the bread. So that's what I quite often do, it's also very tasty. But here we will continue.

Add to the cooled vegetables and finely shredded cabbage. Usually offered cabbage mash hands, but in our case do not advise - all the other ingredients are soft, so even though the cabbage crispy.

Added pre-parsed on fiber meat. I boiled in salted water with Bay leaf and pepper peas. I had the salad and add more green beans (the ingredients), and it I was cooked - 1/2 banks went to the salad "Prague", the rest was intended for the "Negro". I literally for a moment turned away, then look - the husband eats peas. Has to ask, bastard - "and the syrup is where you poured"? So this time without peas. But the taste is no worse. So if not, no big deal.

All is well kneaded, add the mayonnaise, amount to your taste, from vegetables and salad so that's crazy. It's not very dark, it is because of the beet. Than beets the darker the more it "black" color. I'm not decorated (in an hour and my husband and I started there, there were no guests), although you can probably parsley, roses, beets, etc at your discretion. The salad goes great with vodka.
