Honey jelly from dried fruit
Dried fruit is very good in the winter. The compote "stewed fruit" is blagorodie smells of summer fruits, rich. And this pudding is based on this compote. More like flavored mousse than the standard jelly!

Ingredients

  • Dried fruits

    1 cup

  • Water

    4 cup

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

Sort and rinse dried fruits – dried apples and pears, dried apricots, prunes. Cover with cold water and then boil until tender dried fruits.

Strain the broth to get rid of the muddy pieces of fruit. Dried fruits remove from broth, if desired they can be ground in a blender and add the jelly. But then it will not be transparent and beautiful colors.

Add in the broth, honey. Bring to a boil.

To cast half a Cup of broth, cool it, add some more cold boiled water to dissolve the starch in the liquid.

To enter the starch milk into the boiling broth. Boil 1-2 minutes until thick.

Cooling the finished jelly. Pour it into portion cups. You can add raisins, pre-washed and soaked in water until soft.

Varying the amount of starch, can be obtained as drinking liquid jelly, and more like soft jelly. I got the middle option and not drink, and not jelly. The jelly-mousse, I would say)))
