Fish baked in creamy lemon sauce
Simple recipe of delicious fish with available products. Fish can be used any of the "white" varieties, with no bones.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    500 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    4 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Potatoes

Fish cut into portions,

sprinkle with salt, RUB the spices for the fish, roll in flour. [color=darkred][b]"Spice for fish"[/b][/color] - turmeric, ginger, dry mustard, coriander, celery, nutmeg, rosemary, pepper.

Fry fish pieces on high heat with olive oil until browned; put in a fireproof dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Lemon peel grind in the peel.

Stir the cheese, chopped herbs, lemon zest and breadcrumbs.
