Hot gold fish
The store saw tilapia fillets and decided to cook a simple and tasty dish. It turned out just amazing!

Ingredients

  • Tilapia

    700 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Spices

  • Lemon juice

Fish fillet salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and dip in a beaten egg.

Potatoes cleaned, cut very thin and cut with cookie cutter scales.

In a pan pour vegetable oil, spread the potatoes and then up the fish, fry on one side. Then put on the other side of the potatoes and flip. So cook 4 fish.
