Lemon curd pudding
I wanted cheese casserole and for some reason lemon. Never before did not eat, and certainly not ready! The result was unexpected :) Sooo delicious, and the aroma... mmmm!

  • Semolina

    4 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Leavening agent

Mix cottage cheese, egg, sugar, vanilla. I had cottage cheese was liquid (Speisequark) if the cheese is dry, then add a spoonful of sour cream.
