Potatoes with pickled onion and corn
This simple and quick side dish is prepared, usually with cheese, breaded and fried or raclette, as acid pickled onions promotes better assimilation of molten cheese.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    400 g

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Corn

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Dill

Cooking

In heated pan with oil fry the potatoes, cut into wedges (unpeeled).

After 10 minutes, add corn on the cob,

after another 5 minutes add marinated luchek.

Fry until cooked potatoes, salt, pepper, sprinkle with dill and remove from heat.
