Pineapple ice cream
Light and sweet pineapple ice cream. I often cooked for my daughter, because it is much more useful purchase and cooking time takes just minutes. The recipe comes from the culinary program "Culinary calendar"

Ingredients

  • Pineapple

    400 g

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

Spread the pineapple in the bowl of a blender. Pour in the milk. Add sugar to taste. I tried it without sugar, is not sweet. All whisk into a homogeneous mass.

Ready pineapple puree is poured into molds. I have the cups with yogurt and disposable. Each insert stick and put in the freezer. Better all night.

When the ice cream freeze, dip the Cup into the boiling water for 5-10 seconds and remove from the mold.
