Prepare these products.
Cooling the eggs and separate the yolks and whites. Beat the whites with half of the powdered sugar and to wait. Mix the egg yolks with strong brewed green tea, soy sauce and lemon juice. Pour the remaining powdered sugar, mix well. Beat the mixture on a water bath to a solid foam.
Whisk cream to persistent peaks. Mix gently, combine all the ingredients: beaten egg whites, and cream yolks with tea and other products. Put the mixture into the mold and put in freezer for 2-3 hours to freeze.
Ready to serve ice cream in cups or bowls, preferably with the help of a special spoon make balls. Garnish with chocolate and fresh mint leaves. I got a Japanese mint-milk chocolate.
